Fashion and Beauty Intensive

Are you looking to take your fashion and beauty photography to the next level? This is the workshop you have been waiting for: Fashion + Beauty Intensive in Tuscany!

We invite you to experience the ultimate workshop in shooting fashion and beauty on location in Italy, with access to state of the art lighting and camera equipment..

You will be creating and shooting high end fashion with stunning wardrobe and styling. When we turn to beauty shots, we will be working hands-on with you to produce unrivaled beauty images for your portfolio, and show you how to take your work to national publication levels, with posing, lighting, and post-production instruction.

Throughout the workshop, additional instruction in all aspects of lighting and shooting these images will be provided, and a team of dedicated assistants will be on site to help you bring your vision to life.

Fashion

We will be shooting our fashion images indoors and out, with full strobes, and mine strobes and ambient light. We will have spectacular locations to shoot, both inside our castle, and on the castle grounds, as well as the surrounding countryside and in town.

Beauty

When it comes to our beauty images, the sky is the limit as to what we can do with our lighting and the incredible surroundings we can take advantage of to create a wide variety of beauty shots. From the ancient stone walls to the vineyards and olive trees, from the water in the fountain to simply hanging fabric on a wall, we will build and shoot amazing beauty shots throughout the week.

Cameras/Lighting

Each participant will have access to a Hasselblad camera system to use during various sessions in the workshop, and a complete range of lenses are available for any shooting situation or look you are wanting to capture. Profoto and Bron lighting systems will be available along with Profoto, Bron, SunBounce, Westcott and Chimera modifiers to build world-class light sets on-location throughout the workshop environs.

Models/Hair/Makeup/Wardrobe

Several female and male professional models will be available throughout the workshop, with professional hair, makeup and wardrobe styling featuring the most wanted limited edition luxe wardrobe and accessory fashion pieces from around the world from multiple end brands.

Location/Accommodation/Meals

Located in a castle in Italy, this Fashion + Beauty Intensive is a photographer’s dream. Build your portfolio and sharpen your photography skills under top guidance, as you shoot on location in one of the most scenic places in the world, and in the country where arguably modern fashion was born: Italy! You will have a private room on the property for 7 nights, with meals provided Mon-Fri of the workshop week.

Classes

There are 5 class days of instruction and we’ll be going from sunup to sundown and then some…be prepared for 12 hour days. The class days are Monday through Thursday, with open shooting on Friday. Instruction will be given in lighting, posing, shooting, RAW processing, Photoshop retouching, and file preparation for advertising and editorial print and web.

Pricing

$7,500 PER PERSON.
Discounts are available for multiple people or for people sharing a room. Prices start at just $500 additional for spouses/friends who aren’t attending the class.
